A: Products will typically ship within 48 hours of purchase. After shipment, delivery should be expected within 3-5 business days.

 

Q: Are PMM products real solid sterling silver (.925)?

A: YES, all PMM products are genuine solid sterling silver all the way through. Our products are NOT  plated, semi solid, hollow, or filled.

 

Q: Are PMM products similar in quality as other fine jewelry companies?

A: PMM products are top tier quality. All of our products are manufactured in a quality controlled environment. Additionally, before shipping, each product will undergo our multi-point inspection to ensure our customers are receiving a product that will fill them with continuous satisfaction.
